CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - New video from Cleveland Police shows how close a shooting in the Flats came to hitting a local rowing team.

The video shows more than a dozen bullets hitting the water just feet away from the team.

Deablo Simmons, 26, of Cleveland was shot and killed in the Flats shooting where those bullets were sprayed around 7 a.m. in the 1700 block of Center St. on Aug. 17.

The charges were dismissed against one suspect accused of a fatal shooting and no other suspects have been charged.
