WASHINGTON (7News) -- D.C. police are asking for the community's help to find a suspect involved in a burglary in Southeast on Wednesday, September 4.

The suspect forced their way into a store in the 800 block of Barnaby Street, Southeast, MPD officials said.

The suspect then stole property from the store and fled the scene, according to officials.

The suspect was captured on surveillance and can be seen in the video below:
