A beloved 1990s menu item is being revived at Taco Bell -- but you'll need to move fast to devour one.
The double-decker taco, an exterior flour tortilla smooshed with refried beans that wraps around a hardshell taco, is back on a limited release until Oct. 30.
A supreme option with sour cream and diced tomatoes is also available.
Retailing for $2, the double-decker taco was first brought on as a limited-time offering in 1995 and became a permanent menu fixture in 2006, according to "Today."
Previously, the stacked entrée was brought back for a limited stint in late 2023, after losing a revival competition in 2022 to the enchirito.
Despite coming up short against non-fans, high demand drove Taco Bell to revive the double-decker delight.
The fast-food chain recently leaned into a nostalgia-fueled menu by reviving a staple food from each decade dating back to the 1960s.
It includes green burritos, meximelts and caramel apple empanadas.
