The Goleta City Council will conduct a public hearing at its 5:30 p.m. meeting Nov. 19 to consider adoption of General Plan and Title 17 (Zoning) Amendments.
The proposed amendments to the Conservation Element of the General Plan and Title 17 (Zoning) of the Goleta Municipal Code implement various programs in the city's adopted Housing Element 2023-2031.
The Planning Commission held a public hearing on the topic on Oct. 14, and recommended adoption to the City Council. That meeting is available to view on the city website here.
