A family is suing a prestigious Southern California school, alleging administrators allowed their son, who is Black, to be racially harassed by other students for years. The victim, a 17-year-old, attends Oaks Christian School in Westlake Village, a private boarding school. Since enrolling, the teen alleged he endured rampant racial harassment from his classmates including an alleged mock slave auction and threats of lynching. KTLA's Chris Wolfe reports on Oct. 18, 2024.
