Following an upset-filled Week 10, only four Big 12 football teams have a legitimate shot at reaching the conference championship game, including the 6-3 (4-1 Big 12) Colorado Buffaloes. Others are technically still alive, but a clear top four has emerged.

Looking at the College Football Playoff picture, Tuesday's top 25 rankings release suggests that the conference champion will be the only Big 12 team headed to the CFP.

Head coach Deion Sanders and the Buffs have four regular season games left beginning with a Week 11 trip to Texas Tech. Kickoff at Jones AT&T Stadium on Saturday is set for 2 p.m. MT (Fox).

Below are all 16 Big 12 teams ranked by conference championship title chances, according to ESPN's Football Power Index:

ESPN FPI Projection: 0%

These six teams have combined for only eight conference wins and according to ESPN's FPI, they each share a 0% chance of winning the Big 12.

ESPN FPI Projection: 0.1%

Don't count the Bears out just yet! At 3-3 in conference play, Baylor has the slimmest viable chances of winning the Big 12.

ESPN FPI Projection: 0.4%

Also at 3-3 in conference play, the Horned Frogs are technically alive. TCU closes its regular season with winnable games against Oklahoma State, Arizona and Cincinnati.

The Mountaineers have been a rollercoaster team to follow this season, but they remain alive in the Big 12 title race.

ESPN FPI Projection: 1.2%

Cincinnati began conference play at 3-1 before falling to Colorado in Week 9. Its remaining schedule includes games against West Virginia, Iowa State, Kansas State and TCU.

ESPN FPI Projection: 2.4%

The bowl-eligible Sun Devils have shocked many this season, reaching three conference wins for the first time since 2021 (Pac-12).

ESPN FPI Projection: 4.4%

Texas Tech, which hosts Colorado on Saturday, is one of five Big 12 teams with four conference wins.

ESPN FPI Projection: 13.1%

Kansas State suffered a devastating loss to Houston in Week 10, but the Wildcats are still among the top conference contenders.

ESPN FPI Projection: 20%

Currently tied with Iowa State for second place in the Big 12 standings, Coach Prime's Buffs must win out and get some help to reach the conference championship game.

Iowa State's Big 12 title hopes took a major hit in Week 10 following a home loss to Texas Tech.

ESPN FPI Projection: 35.8%

BYU, the only undefeated team in the Big 12, controls its own destiny down the stretch. The Cougars will close their regular season with games against Utah, Kansas, Arizona State and Houston.
