Ronald Araujo's future at Barcelona has been the subject of some speculation this year, with the Uruguay international yet to agree a contract extension.
The defender said earlier this year that his future "depends on the club" but has always seemed happy enough at Barca despite rumors of interest from Bayern.
A contract extension will be needed soon, with Araujo's current deal up in 2026, and Mundo Deportivo think he has now been convinced to stay.
Araujo's agents have been presented with an extension offer, but are yet to reply, and the report claims that Hansi Flick's arrival has made all the difference.
The defender's thinking about his future was always about the "sporting project" and being able to win trophies - a factor that may have made Bayern attractive (despite their failure last year).
However, Flick has Barca top of the table in Spain and playing well, with Araujo said to be "excited" about what he's seen so far.
Araujo still needs to put pen to paper on a new contract, but Barca seem far more optimistic now that he will stay following Flick's arrival.
