New Mexicans on Thursday have the opportunity to speak to state regulators about the electricity rate increase the Public Service Company of New Mexico is seeking.

The New Mexico Public Regulation Commission is holding a public comment session on Thursday in Albuquerque, and anyone not officially involved with PNM's rate increase case can comment in person or remotely about the case.
