STG said Monday Webner, a 2024 Wash100 awardee, brings decades of technology consulting and public sector management experience to the role.

Webner most recently served as board chair, president and CEO of Capgemini Government Solutions.

Before Capgemini, he was an executive at Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH), where he helped oversee the firm's business in the federal finance, transportation and health sectors.

He currently sits on the Professional Services Council's board of directors.
