This new platform will enable users to seamlessly find, order, manage and troubleshoot ABB Robotics' products and solutions throughout the customer journey and lifecycle. The portal will use AI search to improve product discovery and provide customers and prospects with an intuitive and personalized experience. In addition to the commerce engine, the platform will integrate several advanced features including a Customer Portal, Customer Identity and Access Management, Installed Base Information and Product Information Management.
