Bills' Joe Brady 'Finding Different Ways To Win' On Offense

The Buffalo Bills have started their season in the best way possible, defeating the Arizona Cardinals and the Miami Dolphins, but it has been in the manner in which they've won that is pleasing for offensive coordinator Joe Brady.

With the Bills involved in a shootout in Week 1 against Arizona, to the defense playing bully to the Dolphins, which allowed the offense to manage the game, the question marks hanging over Buffalo's offense in the offseason appear to have been answered...for now.

And for Brady, it is most pleasing that his offense has been able to win two games in two different ways.

"It was really complementary football," Brady said of the win over Miami. "Especially in the second half, we didn't have to really throw the football at all when we get some points on defense. They're helping us a lot, but I think the biggest thing is throughout the season just finding different ways to win. Whether it's being able to win up front, rush in the football, and there's going to come time when we're going to have to throw the ball 50 times. It's about us just being willing to be able to adjust to how the game's being played and being able to dictate the terms and know that we can win any way that we need to."

The new-look Bills offense has shown its potency after putting up 34 and 31 in both games to start the year, and that's with a receiver-by-committee approach.

While it is still early in the season, Brady and head coach Sean McDermott have to be pleased with how the team has started the year. With so many moving pieces on both sides of the ball, Buffalo has dealt with both challengers rather well.

But there will be tougher challenges down the road, but the Bills seem better equipped to deal with them at this stage of the season.

Brady's offense has shown it can win multiple ways, and for a defense trying to gameplan to stop them, that's rather concerning.
