I was curious if there was any remote interest (by others) for a sub-forum for early iOS , even iPod devices?. As a collector of things Apple, I personally don't feel it is correct to post about such things in the Apple collector forum as this is a subset of (normally) much newer devices.

There are a few of us on here that own and operate older iOS & iPod devices, and just wondering if there is a (unlikely) remote chance of others being interested in such a sub-forum.

iPods have the ability to be upgraded to items such as SD cards, different hardware, batteries, etc. Older iOS devices have opportunity of using legacy iOS applications (32 Bit and older), and have an ecosystem of apps that don't relate to modern iOS .

As a community we do have some similar sub-forums in the MacRumors ecosystem.

Early Intel Macs

PowerPC Macs

It is entirely possible that I am in a rare minority on MR, but was curious if there were others interested in asking the MR Gods for a sub-forum for discussions on collectables that are not fully Mac related?
