Piper Forgues and Julia Reed each produced a pair of goals as Gorham fought off Marshwood for a 5-3 win Thursday night in a Class A South girls' soccer match in Gorham.
Reed also had an assist, Ashley Connolly added a goal and an assist, and Lydia Spear made two saves for Gorham (4-0-1).
Maddy Poitras, Emily Young and Makenna Capron scored for
Marshwood (1-3), while Lana Emery stopped eight shots.
THORNTON ACADEMY 4, PORTLAND 0: Harlow O'Leary paced the Golden Trojans (3-0-1) with two goals in a win over the Bulldogs (0-5) at Fitzpatrick Stadium.
Quincy Thibault and Charlotte Belanger also scored.
NORTH YARMOUTH ACADEMY 6, GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 0: Delphine Daniel tallied three goals to lead the Panthers (5-0) over the Patriots (2-2) in Gray.

Lyla Casey, Alicia Fontana and Caroline Matusovich also scored, while Emily Robbins had two assists and Delia Fontana one. Sadie Morgan made three saves for the shutout.
Hailey Carson stopped 11 shots for the Patriots.
POLAND 5, SACOPEE VALLEY 1: Olivia Austin scored two goals and set up another for the Knights (3-2) in a win over the Hawks (0-4) at Hiram.
Phoebe Paradis, Graceyn Camire and Emma Jones contributed a goal apiece.
Alice Naratil scored Sacopee's goal off a corner kick by Annabelle Emery.
ST. DOMINIC 2, OLD ORCHARD BEACH 0: Gabby Allen broke through on a partial breakaway and put in her own rebound to break a scoreless tie midway through the second half as the Saints (3-1) defeated the Seagulls (1-4) in Old Orchard Beach.

Lauren Nauos added an insurance goal with five minutes to play.
Anna Theriault stopped all four shots she faced to secure the shutout. Vanessa Alley-Thayer recorded eight saves for Old Orchard Beach.
LAKE REGION 1, FRYEBURG ACADEMY 0: Margo Tremblay's unassisted goal in the 30th minute lifted the Lakers (1-5) over the Raiders (1-3) in Naples.
Jordan Blanton for Lake Region and Sarah Shackford for Fryeburg Academy each recorded nine saves. (1-2).
BOYS' SOCCER
FRYEBURG ACADEMY 8, LAKE REGION 0: Andre DiMolfetta produced four goals for the Raiders (5-1) as they easily handled the Lakers (2-4) in Fryeburg.

Jacob Eveleth, Pepe Pardo, Carter Welton and Nicholai Vishnyakov also scored.
Aidan Clement needed just two saves for the shutout. Justen McCubrey of Lake Region made seven saves.
MORSE 3, GARDINER 0: Ellis Valade, Christian Hallowell and Ashton Jacobs scored as the Shipbuilders (5-0) beat the Tigers (4-1) in a matchup of unbeaten teams at Gardiner.

YARMOUTH 2, GREELY 1: Celia Zinman and Erica O'Connor scored second-quarter goals, both assisted by Sally McGrath, and the Clippers (4-1) held on for a win over the Rangers (2-2) in Cumberland.
Greely got a goal from Sophia Hall-Riddle and 10 saves from Mya Vickerson.

GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER/NYA 6, TRAIP ACADEMY 1: Greta Tod, Lydia Trytek and Emma Bowden scored two goals apiece as the Patriots (5-0) won in Kittery.
Kenlie Nadeau dished out four assists, while Bowden and Abigail Lacombe had one each.

WESTBROOK 3, NOBLE 0: Sophie Sardella and Joanna Kamalandua had five aces apiece as the Blue Blazes (4-0) swept past the Knights (1-3) in Westbrook, 25-19, 25-19, 25-21.

WEDNESDAY'S BOYS' SOCCER
GORHAM 5, CHEVERUS 1: Owen Spera collected two goals and two assists as the Rams (3-2) beat the Stags (1-4) in Portland.
Zach Chandler also scored twice, and Chuma Johnson got the other Gorham goal.
Henry Huntley scored for Gorham.
KENNEBUNK 5, BONNY EAGLE 1: Jack Tomasulo scored the go-ahead goal off a Devin Roy corner kick just before halftime, and the Rams (2-2-1) pulled away with three second-half goals against the Scots (0-5) in Standish.
Kennebunk turned three corner kicks into goals, including strikes by Jackie Thombs and Cooper Thompson. Theo Pow and Grahame Bean were the other goal scorers for the Rams. Ben Urban set up three goals, and Roy had two assists.
Bonny Eagle's Ian Harmon converted a penalty kick midway through the first half.
