Carrie Underwood is impressing her Instagram followers as she dishes deets on how to achieve her world-famous legs. The country singer, 41, updated her account this week in training mode, also promoting the Fit52 workout app she launched in 2020.
Chatting away to fans from an indoor space before delivering an impressive array of moves, Carrie highlighted her super-fit figure in a tight gym look, displaying her muscly arms and sculpted legs. While some fans in the comments moaned as they accused Carrie of having had lip injections, most appeared floored by her physique, and chances are, Fit52 is gaining new users as a result. In March 2020, the "Cry Pretty" singer released both her Find Your Path diet and exercise book and app as she turned her fitness icon status into a business.
Introducing herself with a "Hello, Carrie here," Carrie caught the eye with her firm figure while clad in pastel lavender leggings and a darker purple top.
Flaunting her bulked-up biceps and triceps while rocking a ponytail, the American Idol winner looked glam with a glowing face of makeup, but she kept her vibe light. Posting jointly with trainer and app co-founder Eve Overland, Carrie confessed that "a lot of people ask about my leg workout," then admitted that "it's a little intense."
Offering a condensed version of her training regimen, Carrie continued, confirming that she would go "advanced" while Eve would go "modified." Offering something for every level, the mom of two delivered sustained squats with dumbbells, TouchDowns that upped her heart rate, and a Bulgarian Split Squat using a workout bench.
The footage also included toe taps and deadlift action as Fit52 wrote: "The famous Leg Workout from @carrieunderwood is a super spicy burn, so we've added a new 10-minute Guided Workout with more beginner-friendly modifications and low-impact options led by @eveoverlandfitness."
Quick to compliment Underwood was a fan replying: "Carrie has the best Legs."
"You blow me away!! God bless you!!!" another said. Some even eyed up the singer's trendy outfit, with one fan asking if it was from her CALIA range. Carrie is no newbie to business. In 2015, she founded her best-selling athleisurewear brand, one that quickly proved a favorite at Dick's Sporting Goods.
Also impressed was the fan replying: "Hard work pays off and it shows!" Carrie's app is followed by over 150,000 on Instagram. Meanwhile. Carrie is kept tabs on by 13.2 million on the platform.
