LINN -- The Fatima Lady Comets dominated the fourth quarter, outscoring the Iberia Lady Rangers 19-8 in the final eight minutes Saturday for a 62-49 victory in the third-place game of the Legends Bank Holiday Classic at Linn High School.
Kristen Robertson made a pair of 3-pointers in the fourth quarter and Alex Berhorst and Vivian Bax each made one.
Fatima led 15-11 after one quarter and was ahead by as many as 12 points in the second quarter. However, Iberia ended the first half on an 8-2 run to trail 33-27 at intermission.
Acelyn Bauer's 3 late in the third quarter tied the game at 41 for Iberia, but Berhorst answered with a basket on the other end to give Fatima a 43-41 lead entering the fourth quarter.
Robertson led Fatima with a game-high 17 points and Bax followed with 16 points. Peyton Wieberg, Adalyn Berhorst and Madelyn Backes each added eight points.
Alexa Rowden scored a team-high 15 points for Iberia and Bauer chipped in 12 points with four 3s.
Bax and Robertson were selected to the all-tournament team for the second-seeded Lady Comets, while Rowden and Jaylyn Piggott were all-tournament team picks for the fourth-seeded Lady Rangers.
Fatima (6-3), ranked No. 7 in Class 3, plays Jan. 3 at Blair Oaks.
Iberia (6-4) hosts Laquey on Jan. 2.
