BELOIT -- A 28-year-old Beloit man is facing felony charges after involving himself in an argument over alleged bullying.

According to a criminal complaint, on Aug. 22, a number of kids were playing at a residence on Elm Street when a parent came over to confront the kids about bullying her child. In response, Taylor Ray Rolon came to the scene where he allegedly threatened children and adults that he was going to have "his people" fire shots at the house. When confronted by another man, Rolon allegedly struck him.
