The indictment states that from 2008 to the present, individuals associated with the Combs organization are accused of participating in various criminal activities, including sex trafficking, forced labor, transporting individuals across state lines for prostitution, coercion to engage in prostitution, drug-related crimes, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and hindering justice.

The indictment outlines that the Combs organization aimed to run a worldwide enterprise within the media, entertainment, and lifestyle sectors. Additionally, it suggests that a key objective was to maintain Diddy's influence and satisfy his personal needs, particularly concerning his sexual desires, which allegedly involved the exploitation of women and the involvement of commercial sex workers.

The indictment references the notorious "Freak off" parties, describing them as "elaborate and orchestrated sexual events" that Combs organized and directed, during which he reportedly engaged in masturbation and frequently recorded the proceedings electronically.

The indictment claims that Combs enticed women into his sphere by pretending to offer a romantic relationship, only to later employ force, threats, and coercion to compel the victims into prolonged sexual encounters with male sex workers.

Following the "freak off" events, both Combs and the participants reportedly received IV fluids to recuperate from the physical strain and substance use. The indictment lacks specifics regarding the kidnapping claims, mentioning only that they took place in California, along with incidents of arson and bribery.

Regarding the drug-related accusations, they purportedly involve the intention to distribute various narcotics, including cocaine, oxycodone, Xanax, GHB -- which is known as a "date rape" drug -- MDMA, and ketamine.

According to TMZ, authorities confiscated a range of unusual items, including narcotics and over 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant. Additionally, they recovered firearms, which comprised three AR-15 rifles with altered serial numbers and a drum magazine. The indictment also contains accusations of violence against women. He is alleged to have assaulted multiple women by hitting, punching, dragging, throwing objects at, and kicking them.
