Fox Sports Committed Multiple Graphics Errors In Iowa-Troy Game

It wasn't a great Saturday for the FOX Sports 1 production crew during this week's broadcast of Troy vs. Iowa.

FS1 made a couple of blatant mistakes that viewers were quick to point out on social media. One of which was using the wrong photo for Trojans head coach Jon Sumrall, and the other was a graphic referring to the Hawkeyes as the "Iowa State" Hawkeyes.

Fans were upset with the seeming lack of due diligence on the part of FOX's producers.

"FS1 has labeled the Iowa logo 'Iowa State!'" a user said. "Fix it. Geeze."

"What mickey mouse operation @FS1 is running the score and graphics in this @HawkeyeFootball game verse Troy?" another asked. "First they call us Iowa State Hawkeyes and now touchdowns are worth 12 points lol."

"Who the [expletive] are the TV producers of the Iowa/Troy game on FS1 because...wow," a fan posted on X.

"@FS1 been hanging out with their cuz @FoxNews cuz their broadcast quality SUUUUUCKS," another person commented. "This is some bush-league sports production stuff, guys."

"This @FS1 broadcast is about as poor as I've seen," another user added. "From misunderstanding rules, misnaming players, misjudging commentary, to the 'Iowa State Hawkeyes' graphic to the 23-14 incorrect scorebug. Woof."

Mistakes obviously happen from time-to-time -- especially on live TV when there are so many moving parts. But these aren't the type of errors you expect from from a major network that's been at this a long time.
